Need help to log on?

For any question about logging on or your Secure Key, see our Secure Key FAQs.

Access your online accounts

1. Get your user ID and secret code

  • your 11-digit user ID 
  • your 5-digit user ID

We'll post these details to you separately once your account is open.

If you ever forget your user ID, you can ask us to resend it by email by selecting 'Forgot your user ID?' from the log on page.

2. Register your Secure Key

Complete your registration on your mobile by downloading the HSBC France banking app.




Complete your registration by following the steps after you log on at

3. Log on

Log on with your Secure Key to access all online services.




Log on with your password to check your accounts and make basic transactions.

Log on faster with ‘Remember me’

When you tick the ‘Remember me’ box, your user ID is memorised and you won’t need it again to log on.

Note: If you use a computer, tablet or mobile phone that’s accessible by others, we recommend disabling this option for your security.
