How to close your bank accounts and products

Make a request to close an account :

From secure messaging service

  1. Connect to your My Online Banking space on the Internet.
  2. Go to the "My Accounts" reason in your secure email.
  3. Download and complete the account closure form electronically.
  4. Send this completed form via the "My Accounts" reason in your secure email.

By mail

  1. Download and complete the form below electronically for each of your "closing an account" requests.
