How to close your bank accounts and products
Make a request to close an account :
From secure messaging service
- Connect to your My Online Banking space on the Internet.
- Go to the "My Accounts" reason in your secure email.
- Download and complete the account closure form electronically.
- Send this completed form via the "My Accounts" reason in your secure email.
By mail
- Download and complete the form below electronically for each of your "closing an account" requests.
