Let us know as soon as you realise that your cards or chequebook have been lost or stolen, so we can cancel them immediately and issue a replacement.

Blocking your card
Log on 24/7 at www.hsbc.fr then select Accounts and Cards, Cards and Freeze card.
At your nearest branch
In case of fraudulent use of your card, your branch and our remote advisers will accompany you in the steps to perform.
Beware, your liability may be incurred in case of gross negligence, late freezingor fraudulent acts.
